Ariba Upstream Lead Job Description

As a key member of our organization, the Ariba Upstream Lead will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives. This includes guiding our team through the process of administration and data loads in sourcing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with template configuration, contract management integration with third-party applications, and workflows within the template.

We are looking for someone with expertise in legacy contract migration and API integration. Additionally, configuring approval tasks in templates is a crucial aspect of this role.

A strong understanding of building RFPs with scoring and creating events is also essential. The successful candidate will have experience with CIG for sourcing integration with ECC/S4 HANA systems.

About the Role
  • Strategic Sourcing: Spearhead the implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Template Configuration: Experience with configuring templates for optimal performance.
  • Contract Management: Integration with third-party contract management applications.
  • Workflows: Manage workflows within the template for efficient operations.
  • Legacy Contract Migration: Expertise in migrating contracts from legacy systems.
  • API Integration: Integrate APIs for seamless data exchange.
  • RFP Creation: Build RFPs with scoring and create events as needed.
  • CIG Integration: Experience with CIG for sourcing integration with ECC/S4 HANA systems.
