Job Description:

As a senior technical team member, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, migration, integration, and testing support activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with Oracle Banking/FLEXCUBE technologies, including analysis, design, and implementation of solutions based on business requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate with client teams and offshore delivery teams for technical and functional activities, ensuring timely handover and knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide timely status reporting to supervisors or project leads, while ensuring all work is documented per defined standards and client processes.
  • Certifications: Willingness to pursue Oracle Banking/FLEXCUBE technical certifications as required.
