**Job Description:
To succeed in this new position, you will:

- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to come up with technical solutions to our complex problems
- Ability to transform Viable solutions with alignment with business and technology capability.
- Be able to perform POC to evaluate various tools and technologies and be able to create a Decision matrix around it.
- Have a strong sense of ownership of the solutions that your team works on
- Be willing to work with and invest yourself in learning new technologies, programming languages, databases etc.
- Be proactive, and a self-learner.
- Communicate effectively
- Work closely with Engineering teams to propose and design solutions that are scalable, with high availability, and high fault tolerance.
- Evangelize EA tech principles, best practices across the organization.
- Deliver results in an agile environment

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Building scalable full-stack solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- 10+ years of experience as a technology leader designing and developing software solutions.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages including Java, C#, Framework/Core.
- Experience with service-oriented and/or microservices architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Event-driven/queueing mechanisms
- DevOps, CI/CD
- Cloud Experience (AWS and/or Azure technologies a plus)
- Enterprise Architect Tools
- Experience solving for complex solutions that span multiple systems.
- Excellent Organizational and Project Management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience with Agile development and delivery Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban methodologies
- Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases like Azure (Azure Data Factory/Synapse preferred), PostgreSQL, DynamoDB SnowFlake etc is a plus

- Experience within pharma/healthcare sector is a plus
