Data Migration Expert

This is a senior-level position within the team responsible for managing large-scale data migrations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and have prior experience with ETL tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data analysis, mapping, and transfer processes to ensure seamless migration of data from one system to another.
  • Owning the quality of migrated data and the validity of migration processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requests and meet defined service level agreements.
  • Provide exceptional user support through various communication channels, including MS Teams and Zoom.
  • Document ticket resolutions and responses for client and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with ETL tools (preferably based on Microsoft SQL Server).
  • Excellent understanding of data analysis, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficient in English language and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with UK-based customers.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for data migration and management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
