Relationship Management Specialist

At Mspire Ventures, we are seeking a skilled Individual Relationship Officer to manage client relationships for all finance products. This is an exciting opportunity to promote and sell NBFC Micro loan offerings, guiding clients through the loan application process while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of home loan products and financial markets is also essential. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Promoting and selling NBFC Micro loan offerings to meet business objectives
- Guiding clients through the loan application process, from initial consultation to loan approval
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
