We are looking for a highly motivated Relationship Development Manager to join our team at The HRFLY. As a Relationship Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.

You will work closely with our team to generate leads, explore client financial needs, and select suitable products from our range. Your excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate will be essential in gaining agreement from clients to purchase our insurance products.

In addition to developing relationships with clients, you will also be responsible for building a strong customer base to facilitate cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. You will work closely with our sales process and ensure timely submission of reports.
