Real Estate Investment Liaison Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our capital raising efforts for real estate ventures. This role is ideal for someone with direct contact to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private investors.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will leverage their personal and professional networks to connect us with HNWIs, family offices, and private capital sources. They will facilitate introductions and communication between potential investors and our internal investment or development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your network to connect us with HNWIs, family offices, and private capital sources.
  • Facilitate introductions and communication between potential investors and our internal investment or development team.
  • Represent us and our opportunities in a credible, professional manner across various settings.
  • Build and maintain long-term investor relationships to support ongoing and future fundraising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align investor outreach with project timelines and capital needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven access to and relationships with HNWIs, private investors, or family offices (local, national, or international).
  • A strong background in business development, investor relations, fundraising, or private client networking.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance, real estate, or capital sourcing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Prior exposure to real estate investments, development, or private placements is a plus.
