Job Title: Assistant Manager - Administration

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to support our organization in the Mutual Fund Industry. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative management skills, with a focus on organizational and problem-solving abilities.

The role will involve providing support to various offices and branches across the country, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for liaising with architects to ensure efficient integration of office interiors, meeting regulatory requirements.

The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for updating and maintaining administrative-related MIS systems, establishing effective communication channels with government bodies, and collaborating with department heads to understand their administrative needs and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Offices and Branches: Provide assistance to offices and branches across the country, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise with Architects: Work with architects to ensure efficient integration of office interiors, meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain MIS Systems: Update and maintain administrative-related MIS systems on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Establish Communication Channels: Establish effective communication channels with government bodies to obtain necessary permissions and approvals.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads: Collaborate with department heads to understand their administrative needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Administrative Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in administrative management.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of Administrative Policies: Sound knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices is required.
