Job Overview:

Hind Terminals Private Limited is seeking Graduate Trainees to join our operations team and gain hands-on experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, specifically in Container Freight Stations (CFS) and depot operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates proficient in MS Office, data analytics, and presentations, and who are eager to learn on-ground operations.

This Entry-Level opportunity involves working under close supervision in a dynamic operational environment. The trainee will be responsible for assisting in managing daily operations at Container Freight Stations (CFS) and depots, including coordinating cargo movements, container handling, and warehouse management.

The successful candidate will undergo structured training across various functions and gain valuable insights into the industry while contributing to key business processes. They will also have opportunities to learn the processes of inbound/outbound freight, documentation, and inventory management at depots.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily operations at Container Freight Stations (CFS) and depots.
  • Support the team in coordinating cargo movements, container handling, and warehouse management.
  • Learn the processes of inbound/outbound freight, documentation, and inventory management at depots.

Data Analysis & Reporting: The Operations Trainee will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data from CFS and depots to support decision-making. They will prepare regular reports and performance dashboards using data analytics tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Any Bachelor's Degree (BA, BBA, B.Com, BSC)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics
  • On-Ground Experience: Prior exposure to logistics, CFS, or depot operations is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in on-ground roles at CFS and depot locations.
