What We Offer:

You will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will work closely with our external sales team, underwriters, and other stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and leveraging digital platforms.
  • Needs Analysis: Engage with clients to understand their business and insurance requirements, building long-term relationships.
  • Product Solutions: Provide detailed information about various insurance products, ensuring clients choose the best coverage for their needs.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales by effectively communicating value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing leads.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the external sales and account management teams to align strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, proposals, and policies while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in the General Insurance or Insurance broking industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with diverse levels of management.
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products.
  • Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS-Office applications, including Word, PPT, and Excel.

Estimated Salary: ₹8-12 lakhs per annum (dependent on location, experience, and performance).
