Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee our Health Insurance line of business. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a focus on health insurance and sales proficiency along with exposure in Agency and Brokers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
- Establish and nurture client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Provide mentorship and training to the sales team.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of health insurance products and sales techniques.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
