Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to head our Liability Insurance line of business. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on liability insurance through broking channel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide training and support to the sales team.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven expertise in liability insurance and sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent relations with all brokers.
