Accounts Payable Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Analyze and monitor accounts payable transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including expense summaries and aging reports
- Maintain and manage relationships with vendors, addressing any payment issues or discrepancies promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- QuickBooks experience
- Knowledge of Indian taxes - GST, TDS, ROC
- Experience with full-time employees - Federal Tax, Provincial Tax, PF, ESI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical skills in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
