AP Leadership Position

This is a management opportunity for an experienced professional in accounts payable.

  • The AP Manager oversees the daily operations of the department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • They are responsible for managing a team of AP staff, enforcing financial controls, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise AP staff to ensure efficient and accurate daily operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.

  • Manage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
