Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary: This role oversees the planning, implementation, and management of an organization's IT infrastructure. The IT Infrastructure Manager will define and execute strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs.

This position is responsible for managing hybrid environments, including cloud migrations, with a focus on cost optimization. The manager will also oversee servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives and scalability requirements.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage hybrid environments, including cloud migrations, with a focus on cost optimization.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth.
  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or equivalent roles.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in network, systems, and cloud infrastructure.
