As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

This full-time and permanent position is based in India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

  • Act as a point of escalation for daily operational issues
  • Oversee operational tasks and maintain proper documentation
  • Work closely with the business for changes or requests
  • Provide support in solving incidents and service requests

Key requirements:

-Attributes & Skills, Relevant experience

You will be a skilled professional with a good working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server OS, Virtualization, and other relevant technologies. Experience in a Service Desk environment operating within an ITIL framework is beneficial.

  • 8-10 years of IT experience in similar roles of IT Infrastructure management, Wintel Admin
  • Service Delivery / Client Orientation / Customer Service
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English

Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders:

  • Infrastructure Leads
  • Peers
  • IT Regional Managers
  • OPS team

Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure:

  • Act as a point of escalation for daily operational issues
  • Oversee operational tasks and ensure proper documentation is maintained
  • Work closely with the business for any changes or requests

Support incident resolution and problem-solving:

  • Provide support in solving incidents and service requests
  • Execute resolution of all incidents and problem enquiries

Manage third-party vendors:

  • Check technical conditions of IT equipment and landscape
  • Manage third-party vendors for incident management through to resolution

Monitor and report on system performance:

  • Monitor and report on the system's performance and take corrective action when necessary
