Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business needs to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand accounting workflows, including NAV calculation, trade capture, cash/position reconciliations, performance fees, and investor allocations.
- Work with technology teams to enhance fund accounting platforms and improve data integrity.
- Process Improvement
- Identify gaps and streamline reconciliations to automate manual processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of hedge fund accounting concepts: NAV, accruals, P&L attribution, fee structures, side pockets, share classes.
- Experience with fund administration systems, including Geneva, Investran, Advent, or equivalent.
- Business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process modeling, UAT, documentation.
- Understanding of financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives (swaps, options, futures, FX).
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools for data analysis.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
