Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in techno functional expertise and be able to effectively communicate with business stakeholders.
This role will involve working closely with a leading life insurance client based in Mumbai, handling business requirements, converting them into IT specifications, and managing a team of technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/BTech) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of ETL tools, databases, and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
