We are looking for a Communications and Social Media Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in amplifying our impact by building a vibrant teacher community, engaging stakeholders, and reshaping the narrative of government schools.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Building and engaging a vibrant teacher community through digital campaigns
  • Identifying and amplifying powerful stories of impact from schools & classrooms
  • Crafting engaging content – posts, reels, videos, blogs, newsletters & more
  • Managing and growing our social media presence across platforms
  • Collaborating with educators, field teams & stakeholders to reshape the narrative of government schools

Our ideal candidate has:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement
  • Strong writing, storytelling & visual communication skills (Canva/Photoshop/video editing a plus)
  • Ability to track engagement & refine strategies with an analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for effective outreach
  • Passion for education, community building & creating large-scale social impact
