We are seeking a visionary professional with expertise in AI solutioning for the telecom industry.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to telecom clients, helping them navigate the transformative potential of AI technologies to solve complex challenges and drive business innovation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, sell, and implement tailored AI-driven solutions that optimize telecom operations, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all AI-related initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and telecom needs, and design AI-driven solutions that address these pain points.
  • Provide strategic guidance on how emerging technologies can transform their operations and customer offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements, guiding clients through the AI journey—from initial discovery to solution design and deployment.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions that align with client objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and advancements.
  • Bring deep knowledge of how AI technologies can be applied in the telecom industry, from predictive maintenance and network optimization to customer personalization and automation.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, product, and support teams to tailor AI solutions that meet client needs.
  • Advocate for client needs within the organization, ensuring their feedback and concerns are addressed.
  • Provide ongoing education and support to help clients maximize the value of AI solutions.
  • Measure the success and impact of AI solutions for clients.
  • Provide regular reports and analytics to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement.Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry, with a strong understanding of telecom operations and technologies.
    • Deep expertise in AI technologies, with a focus on their application in the telecom sector.
    • Experience in selling AI-driven solutions, preferably in the telecom or technology industries, with a proven track record of sales success.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into actionable AI solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted engagements.
    • A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
