At our esteemed clinic, we seek an exceptional Client Relationship Manager to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, providing personalized service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

This role involves scheduling appointments, managing cancellations, and following up with clients to gather feedback and promote further engagement. Our Client Liaison will also be responsible for staying informed about all clinic services, treatments, and products to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.

Additionally, the Client Liaison will support marketing initiatives, assist in promoting clinic services and products, and identify upselling opportunities to drive client retention and acquisition.

• Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry">
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele">
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities">
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools">
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services is a plus but not mandatory">
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for helping others">
