**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning**:Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

**Coordination and Communication**:Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication.
Schedule and conduct regular project meetings, providing updates and progress reports.
Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

**Task Tracking and Monitoring**:Track project tasks and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan.
Identify and resolve potential project roadblocks in a timely manner.

**Resource Management**:Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
Assist in resource planning and optimization.

**Quality Assurance**:Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree, or B.E.
- Diploma holders with three or four years of experience in team management.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

**Work Experience **: 1 to 4 years (preferred)

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- Tamil,English (preferred)

**Salary**: Up to ₹200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
