Position summary: We’re seeking a sharp, creative Influencer & Campaign Manager to manage our influencer partnerships and campaign execution. You’ll drive brand visibility, engagement, and trust by building meaningful relationships with influencers and managing end-to-end campaigns across digital platforms. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Primary roles and responsibilities: - Influencer Strategy & Relationship Management - Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with Cradlewise’s values and audience. - Negotiate contracts, set clear expectations, and ensure deliverables are met. - Collaborate with influencers to co-create authentic, engaging content that resonates with parents and caregivers. - Campaign Planning & Execution - Develop and execute integrated influencer and digital campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. - Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and reporting—delivering projects on time and within scope. - Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, product, customer success) to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution. - Performance Tracking & Optimization - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI. - Implement A/B testing and iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights. - Stay ahead of social and influencer trends to keep campaigns fresh and impactful. - Community Growth & Brand Advocacy - Foster a vibrant, supportive online community through influencer partnerships, ambassador programs, and UGC (user-generated content) initiatives. - Organize online events, collaborations, and activations to deepen brand loyalty. Key Requirements: - Experience: - 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing, preferably in consumer tech or parenting/lifestyle brands. - Proven track record of building and managing influencer relationships and running successful campaigns. - Sales Skills: - Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills. - Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization. - Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a dynamic startup environment. - Content/Creative Strengths: - Nifty and persuasive email writing skills - Strong sense for storyboarding and shaping UGC-style videos. - Creative, resourceful, and empathetic—able to connect with parents and translate insights into action.
