**Responsibilities & duties**
- Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report financial data.
- Making journal or ledger entries.
- Preparation of monthly Specialty wise profitability reports and as & when required from time to time by the Unit Management and Group Corporate
- Assisting with tax preparation, audits, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Act as a point of contact between internal departments and accounting, serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including clients, suppliers, and lenders.
- Using bookkeeping software and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate.
- Ensuring that company bills are paid, and debts are collected.
- Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls.
- Staying current on company, local, state financial regulations and policies.
- Department wise revenue analysis & consumption of Materials.
- Maintaining sales records.
- Administer the accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records.
- Maintaining petty cash records.
- Process staff expense claims.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Administer the accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records.
- Preparing credit note and debit note details and maintaining the records.
- Maintaining bank transactions, bank books and daily cash. Reconcile bank accounts
- Support Bookkeeping using Tally software. Handle end-to-end accounting functions in Tally or equivalent tool.

**Skills**

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting and legislation.

Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.

High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking.

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and math skills.

Strong computer knowledge with Tally

**ACADEMIC & TRADES QUALIFICATIONS**

UG - B.Com - Commerce with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

PG - M.Com - Commerce With minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
