Digital IT Transformation Strategy Lead

The role of the Digital IT Transformation Head is pivotal in orchestrating the delivery of custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solutions. This includes establishing a robust data lake infrastructure, embedding AI-enabled applications across all IT functional departments, and ensuring alignment between digital initiatives and enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Drive the execution of a 3-year digital transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
  • Develop and scale data lake infrastructure to support enterprise analytics by implementing cutting-edge technologies and data architecture methodologies.
  • Lead technology initiatives by overseeing the delivery of COTS and custom IT solutions, championing design thinking and agile methodologies with a product development mindset to deliver innovative business outcomes.
  • Embed AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation processes.
  • Anchor software engineering practices and enable delivery of Product Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) in collaboration with Digital Delivery teams.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the success of innovation projects and report findings to senior leadership through regular progress updates.
