Leadership and Operations Management Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work, working closely with Vendor Account Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs set out in this SOW
  • Prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues, including implementation of preventative measures
  • Transition management during set up phase or expansion phases

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience in contact center operations, with strong B2C/B2B sales experience and digital marketing ads sales experience.

A dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment is required. The ideal candidate will be able to deal with rapid change and ambiguity, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The role also requires a high level of English proficiency, both written and verbal, as well as a university graduate or above qualification. In addition, at least 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, is necessary, along with a strong desire to develop team members and at least 2 years handling sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members of their team, leading a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities.
