**Job Title:** Director of Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Transformation Expert to lead our organization's digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a minimum of 20 years of experience in managing end-to-end IT responsibilities for enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Foster a Culture of Innovation: Lead and mentor the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Retail Technology Adoption: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge retail technologies to enhance the customer experience, including e-commerce, mobile apps, CRM systems, and in-store technologies.
  • Establish IT Governance: Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: Over 20 years of experience in IT/tech, preferably in retail organizations or services companies.
  • Digital Transformation Experience: Experience in digital transformation for enterprises, spanning across business processes.
  • Omnichannel Systems: Experience with omnichannel systems required for a new generation retailer.
  • IT Operations: Experience across applications, infrastructure, network, and end-user IT environment operations.
