Job Summary:

GFL Recruitment Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and data management.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage benefits and compensation plans to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Drive initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Handle employee complaints and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement organizational development strategies.
  • Ensure HR metrics are tracked and analyzed to support data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
  • Manage and mentor HR staff providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and HRMS systems.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven track record of successful HR project management.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration within the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
