Job Title: Contract Specialist

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review diverse contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, employment contracts, NDAs, and licensing and partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align contractual terms with company strategies and policies.
  • Analyze contract terms to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a central repository of contract documentation and metadata.
  • Monitor the contract lifecycle and flag deadlines proactively.
  • Provide guidance on contract policies and best practices.
  • Support in resolving contract disputes and audits.
  • Prepare contract performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
  • Strong command of contract law and risk assessment.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
