Job Title: Senior Contract Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our contract management team.

The ideal candidate will have strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review contracts using designated tools, ensuring accuracy, legal soundness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including business, operations, and other departments to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms.
  • Proactively secure necessary approvals from cross-functional teams for both draft and final contract versions. Ensure timely completion to prevent execution delays.
  • Regularly follow up with requesters and stakeholders to track contract progress, obtain pending inputs, and ensure timely action.
  • Maintain internal trackers and databases to reflect contract status, key milestones, and changes.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to provide updates, resolve issues, and work effectively across teams and organizational levels.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in contract management tools.
  • Be a reliable, collaborative, and solution-oriented team player.
Qualifications:
  • Educational background in law (LLB or equivalent).
  • Relevant experience in contract or legal roles preferred.
  • Skills in legal drafting, stakeholder management, contract lifecycle understanding, communication, and tool proficiency.
