Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

The primary role of the Senior Civil Engineer will be to oversee and design civil engineering projects, encompassing planning, stormwater management, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Design and develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, including milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in civil engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in civil engineering design principles and practices.
  • Strong experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is highly desirable.
