Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying, supporting, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable cloud architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-grade IT services, ensuring high availability and reliability across geographically distributed environments.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to resolve advanced technical issues and ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
  • Provide expert-level technical support to users, ensuring timely issue resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage user access controls, permissions, and provisioning across supported services, prioritizing security and operational continuity.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual intervention across systems.
  • Drive modernization efforts for deployment, monitoring, and testing processes of infrastructure services.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for system configurations, administrative procedures, and user-facing support materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with JFrog Artifactory, including user provisioning, installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance.
  • Skilled in integrating Artifactory with build tools and pipelines, such as Maven, Jenkins, Electric Flow, and Docker, ensuring seamless artifact management within CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong background in Linux system administration, including proficiency with Bash scripting for automation and system management tasks.
  • Highly responsible, adaptable, and collaborative team player with strong initiative and clear communication skills.
  • Experience using an ITSM platform, with a proven track record on timely customer responses and ticket updates.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and experience.
