Job Title: Compensation Benefits Lead Asia

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits leadership, specifically within the Asia region.

Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the organization's business objectives and comply with local regulations across the Asia region.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and equitable benefits programs, including health and wellness, retirement, and other employee perks, ensuring they are cost-effective and meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
  • Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance with market trends and legal requirements.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits-related matters, including job evaluations, salary reviews, and benefits enrollment.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Certifications: Master's degree or relevant certifications, e.g., CCP, CBP, is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar compensation and benefits leadership role within a multinational company, with a focus on the Asia region.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations across multiple countries in Asia, including but not limited to China, India, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
