Welcome to our page about the role of a Cloud Transformation Engineer.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering tangible business outcomes through technical excellence.

Your mission is to parachute into complex enterprise environments, diagnose their core infrastructure and application challenges, and lead their transformation to a modern, cloud-native world.

You will use your knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including operating systems, networking, and distributed systems, to reason about complex systems and their failure modes.

In this role, you will analyze customer applications and infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and opportunities for radical improvement.

You will design the roadmap for their cloud journey, architect and implement cloud-native solutions, and leverage AI for acceleration.

Additionally, you will embed DevOps & SRE culture, introducing and implementing modern practices like 'Infrastructure as Code' (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to make them faster and more resilient.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven academic mastery: top-tier academic performance in a B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field at a premier institution
  • Exceptional systems thinkers: strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, including operating systems, networking, and distributed systems
  • Cloud-native curiosity: foundational understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and containerization
  • Automation-obsessed: hands-on scripting experience in Python or Go, and an interest in configuration management
