Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled and experienced facilities executive to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prioritizing the facilities needs, working with both the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure seamless operations. You will also be responsible for managing supplies, ensuring adequate stocks and materials, and monitoring property budgets to ensure optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility operations, multi-location management, and team leadership. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in managing distributed teams and coordinating with regional vendors.

Strong knowledge of facility operations and multi-location management

Degree in business or hotel and building management

At least three to five years of experience in facilities management, with demonstrated experience managing multi-location or regional operations

Good working knowledge in occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations across diverse geographical markets

Solid background in team management and Pan India help desk operations
