Tech Transformation Leader

In this position, you will lead a team of Business Development Managers and Associates to achieve sales-qualified leads targets.
You will manage multiple Manager-level and Associate-level Pre-Sales executives, monitor and train the team to improve performance and qualification rate.
Your key responsibilities include counselling learning prospects, offering career advice, and providing insight into how our programs can accelerate their career.
You will take responsibility for ensuring the entire Pre-Sales closing life cycle for your assigned Pre-Sales Team, generating optimal Customer Acquisition Costs, and maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills. You should have empathy and great patience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
A successful candidate will be self-motivated and results-oriented, driven by achieving and exceeding targets. They will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and build lasting relationships with clients and team members.
