Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Driver Operation Specialist.

Job Description:

As a Driver Operation Specialist at our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving supply growth and managing on-ground operations across cities. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain healthy supply in cities by acquiring and retaining drivers.

  • Build and maintain healthy supply in cities by acquiring and retaining drivers.
  • Carry out CSAT/PSAT activities, driver research, and survey activities to ensure high-quality driver experiences.
  • Support cross-functional teams, including GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams, to drive business growth.
  • Manage large fleets for acquisitions and retentions, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Conduct market share analysis and create plans to improve our footprint in the market.
  • Search, hire, and retain offline and online recruiters to expand our talent pool.
  • Build relationships with local authorities to facilitate effective supply management.
  • Develop GTM strategies to onboard new and active drivers, increasing engagement and retention.
  • Take ownership of various new projects and initiatives to drive brand recognition in the market.
  • Identify supply gaps within different areas and establish new channels of acquisition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities/regions.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills to use data for solving large-scale operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
  • Startup experience is a must.
