Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Store Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing store processes, including stock replenishment, inventory management, and floor operations. They will work closely with department managers to maintain high productivity levels and ensure that all store processes are followed accordingly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure product knowledge and report analysis to support decision-making
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory levels to meet customer demands
- Control stock receiving and organization in the stock room
- Optimize space and manage stock room processes effectively
- Coordinate stock transfer between stores and provide feedback
- Plan and execute inventory preparation with managers
- Support department managers to run floor operations smoothly
- Maintain high productivity levels and ensure compliance with company standards
Key Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
