We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our department. This includes coordinating with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities include designing project plans, overseeing project status reporting, and collaborating with other teams to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to manage individuals and prioritize tasks effectively.

Additionally, they will be flexible and willing to respond to frequent out-of-hours problems as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end project plans with the Operations Team
  • Oversee project planning, long-term planning, and project status reporting
  • Coordinate with the sales team for kit calendar and project planning
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors
  • Observe systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments while suggesting opportunities for improvement or revision
  • Collaborate with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution
