Job Summary:

The Global Workforce Solutions Team is an internally managed contingent workforce program responsible for ensuring compliance with related policies and managing end-to-end vendor relationships. We aim to be a valued business partner and world-class program, focused on excellence in people, services, and execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs, SLAs, or support employee or vendor audiences.
  • Streamline and document all internal GWS processes.
  • Perform internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation and monthly access reviews.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests related to our VMS.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting process for approved vendor performance.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.
  • Provide monthly financial summary and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.
  • Support additional data reporting needs for financial, operational, or ad hoc purposes.
