One of our most successful initiatives is AMRIT (Accessible Medical Records via Integrated Technologies), a first-of-its-kind integrated health technology platform supporting clinical excellence for over 2 Cr beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of databases powering our platforms like AMRIT
  • Support day-to-day operations, deployments, and data-driven decision-making by managing and maintaining core databases
  • Work closely with application developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to design, optimize, and troubleshoot database systems

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong technical skills in database administration, monitoring, and observability tools, including experience with MySQL and expertise in query optimization and indexing strategies.

Familiarity with Linux environments, shell scripting, and automation tools, as well as knowledge of APIs, application-database interactions, and deployment workflows in microservices-based architectures.

Hands-on experience with cloud-based databases, including provisioning, scaling, security, and monitoring.

Good understanding of data governance, compliance standards, and healthcare data privacy regulations.

Prior exposure to healthcare or health-tech systems is an advantage.
