At VSD Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR and Administrative Partner to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for maintaining the HR employee database, managing the timesheet of the team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labour laws.

Key responsibilities include:

  • HR Statutory Compliance: Adhere to HR statutory requirements, including labour laws and regulations.
  • Employee Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.
  • Timesheet Management: Manage the timesheets of the team, ensuring timely submission and accurate record-keepings.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Support: Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Talent Acquisition: Handle recruitment processes independently, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Self-Learning and Delivery: Demonstrate self-learning skills and deliver results independently.
  • Status Updates: Regularly update management on team performance and progress.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage all administrative tasks for the organization, including document management and record-keeping.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance team morale and productivity.
  • Appraisal Support: Assist in the appraisal process for employees.
  • Expertise: Act as an expert to administrators and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Training and Orientation: Prepare for training and orientation programs as needed.
  • Counselling and Benefits: Counsel employees and maintain employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed of their benefits.
  • HR Operational Requirements: Complete HR operational requirements, including scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results.
  • Recruitment Leadership: Lead the team in recruitment processes, with knowledge of recruitment tools and processes.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proven experience in HR and administrative operations.
  • Good knowledge of employment and labour laws.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ability to develop and implement clear and fair company policies.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Team management skills.
  • MBA/BBA in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
