As a key player in our organization's client-facing operations, the successful Relationship Manager will foster and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients. These relationships are built on trust, understanding, and effective communication, ensuring that clients' needs are met and exceeded.

To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of NRI banking regulations, products, and services. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, driving revenue growth through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.

In addition to maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity, you will participate in various business development activities, including client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs.

A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services are required for this position. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a learning, collaborative, and supportive environment.
