Job Title: International Outbound Sales Professional
Role and Responsibilities:As an International Outbound Sales Professional, you will be responsible for performing outbound calling to new and existing customers, offering telecommunications products and services. You will build customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending product selections that meet their requirements.
- Perform outbound calls to new and existing customers to offer telecommunications products and services.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Recommend product selections that meet customer requirements.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while interacting with customers.
- Process customer orders and ensure accuracy and completion.
- Participate in continuous training sessions and share best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
- Qualification: 10+2 or any graduate degree.
- Work experience: Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales, cross-selling, inbound sales, or international debt collections.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
