Job Description:

As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our property, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. This includes managing staff, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance among your team members. You will also identify training needs and organize capacity-building initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Additionally, you will ensure that all branch operations comply with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards. You will conduct regular audits to maintain quality and operational consistency across properties.

Your primary focus will be on driving guest satisfaction, achieving business targets, and ensuring operational excellence. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience of 4-5 years in hospitality management, with a focus on multi-property or branch-level operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle large and diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest, team, and vendor interactions.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
