Electrical Engineering Specialist

About the Role:

  • As an Electrical Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the grounding and electromagnetic compatibility of our wind turbines.

Your Day:

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage with clients and vendors, developing and maintaining build guides for the electrical technical package from inception through to delivery.
  • You will ensure compliance and safety in grounding, bonding, and lightning system build solutions, studies, and measurements.
  • You will implement EMC strategies and assessments for complete electrical systems, including certification tests.
  • You will conduct hands-on measurements and tests in grounding, EMC, and lightning areas.
  • You will work together with product owners to achieve project achievements and ensure high-quality deliverables are met.
  • You will provide technical documentation support for client deliverables and internal knowledge sharing.

About You:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 4-8 years of experience in the relevant field, with 3-6 years specifically in grounding system development.
  • Proficiency in various National and International standards such as IEC 60204-1, IEC 60364-5-54.
  • Experience with simulation tools like CST, MATLAB, LTSPICE, BODE100, JULIA, VSCODE.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process raw data into usable technical information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
