Job Title: Systems Analyst with AI Integration Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, screen layout design, and testing plan development, with a focus on integrating AI-driven capabilities into ERP modules.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, particularly those based in the United States.

A proven track record of working in Agile methodologies is essential, with certifications in this area being highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
  • Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  • Leverage knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.
Requirements Gathering:
  • Create detailed business requirement documents for ERP web and mobile app modules.
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements for AI-driven functionalities.
Screen Layout Design:
  • Design rough screen layouts using tools like Sketch or Figma.
  • Ensure designs align with user experience principles and stakeholder expectations.
Testing Plan Development:
  • Develop comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios.
  • Validate testing outcomes and address issues.
Agile Methodology:
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Break down epics into user stories and ensure their readiness for development teams.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with US-based personnel, ensuring clarity and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating smooth collaboration.
