Job Summary:

We are seeking a Systems Analyst with expertise in gathering requirements, designing screen layouts, and creating testing plans for ERP web and mobile application modules.

You must have experience in creating complex, finished business requirement documents at a high US English level without AI assistance.

This role includes the integration of AI-driven capabilities into ERP modules, requiring a foundational understanding of AI technologies and experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with global teams, specifically with personnel based in the United States, and will demonstrate the ability to work effectively during US East Coast business hours. Experience in Agile methodologies is essential, and Agile certifications will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
• Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
• Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
• Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
• Leverage knowledge of LLMs to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.

Screen Layout Design:

• Create rough screen layouts using spreadsheet tools or design software such as Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Ensure designs align with user experience (UX) principles and stakeholder expectations.

Testing Plan Development:

• Develop comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure module functionality and performance, including AI components.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate testing outcomes and address issues.

Agile Methodology:

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Break down epics into user stories and ensure their readiness for development teams.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Effectively communicate with US-based personnel, ensuring clarity and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating smooth collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
• Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.

AI Expertise:

• Foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.
• Experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation and optimization is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or design tools like Sketch/Figma.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Developer background
• Cursory knowledge of SQL

Agile Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in Agile processes; certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus.
• Ability to lead scrum meetings a plus

Communication:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with international teams, specifically US-based personnel.
• Work Hours:
• Availability to work during US East Coast daytime hours.
