Job Overview:

As a seasoned Print Production Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day print execution for clients, ensuring timely deliverables through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and ensure projects are completed within agreed-upon timelines
  • Collaborate with artwork studios and printers to produce high-quality prints while maintaining consistency
  • Provide technical support and guidance to minimize costs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to resolve color-related issues and ensure accurate color standards
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Take initiative in resolving challenges and improving processes

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in print production or equivalent combination of education
  • Proven client-facing skills and prior experience in project/account management
  • Familiarity with color management tools and various print methods
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
