Job Role Overview

The Manufacturing Operations Director is responsible for leading the production of our Strategic Electronics Business Unit, ensuring that quantity, quality, and delivery requirements are met. This role requires a strong leader with experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all export sales directly and meet sales plan targets aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop short-term and medium-term plans and budgets to achieve company success in manufacturing operations.
  • Analyze capacities and recommend line balancing strategies to improve productivity and resource utilization.
  • Identify and lead teams to achieve planned quality and quantity levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Evaluate and implement processes to ensure the safety of personnel, materials, and machines, supporting new product development and production processes.
  • Promote cost reduction initiatives and effective utilization of available resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills.
